We had a fabulous stay in the centre of Berlin. We were able to walk to many places and were close to public transportation when needed. The room was spacious and very comfortable and there were many places to eat nearby.

We booked the Leonardo for its central location and easy access to Trains/underground We were not disappointed The hotel is very clean and has a really friendly atmosphere The standards of all facilities were very good and everything worked as expected Comfortable clean beds Powerful hot showers Good good and drink If you are looking for a good central location for all thins Berlin this is an excellent option We will definitely return

Everything was perfect. The location, the staff, the rooms, rhe food! I need to try really hard to find something that would need the slightest improvement, which would be the check iiin hours, i find it too late, and the heat. It is really really hot in the lobby and in the room. Besides that, the location was ideal. Walking distance to everything. The staff were more than helpful. We didn't have to wait more than a few seconds neither at the reception nor during breakfast. The variety in breakfast was something else! One can find, literally everything they wish for. Incredible!!! The whole building was spotlesly clean!!! You can eat out of the floor! One of the mattresses moved accidentally and even underneath the bed the floor was extremely clean! There is an infrared lamp in the bathroom. We definitely recommend this hotel!!! Keep up the good work Leonardo Hotel!!!

Loved Our stay, location was fantastic, close to Station, Bar was great after walking around all day, nice place to relax.

As a regular visitor to this hotel, it continues to provide a high standard. A quality establishment. The only downside is the need for improvement to the provision of lifts.

This hotel was great and in a nice location, a short walk to the train station that comes from the airport, as well as the river and many restaurants. The only thing that could have been better would be if the room was slightly bigger - it was small, though I have definitely been in even smaller...

Overall, a nice spot to stay that is right where the action is in Berlin. Easy walking distance to lots of good restaurants and sites to see, as well as good public transit connections. Clean enough and staff nice enough, but overall it was fine. I hold a higher expectation in terms of overall comfort for a hotel that is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. This felt more like a 3 star hotel experience in terms of the rooms and what they offer.

More fruit choices for breakfast.

Alles gut!

The first, and possibly most important, impression is that the room is not geared up for anyone staying for more than a couple of nights; wardrobe space was very limited as was any storage of clothing space.Our first task was to be creative in sorting out how to hang and store clothing. The thermostat had no instructions and, I believe, was broken; even helpful staff seemed to have problems with it, and lighting could be much improved. There was wasted space in the room where an extra table could have been put in (which would have been very useful). The key word here is minimalist. The tv has no entertainment channels in English which is a genuine shame. One of the lifts was out of order for the full eight days we were there and there were often queues for the two that were operational. Booking late checkout online appears to be pointless since one has to do it at the hotel (though nobody explained this to us until the next-to-last day). Food was excellent with a wide choice but breakfast could have been improved if tables were cleared and laid more efficiently on busy days. The Hotel is in a very convenient spot by the Spree, near Friedrichstrasse Station, Museum Island, and many really good food outlets and restaurants. We felt this was a major plus and overcame the few issues we had come across. We would stay here again having found ways of overcoming any problems we did come across (a good number of which seem to be ones we've come across in most Leonardo Hotels).

I really liked the central location combined with the quiet room. Everything was clean and friendly. Rooms are not big, but have an intelligent layout. The reception staff could be a bit more considerate - I asked if I could charge my phone but they did not have an iphone loader cable; also, nobody pointed out that there is a fitness room and sauna in the hotel. I also did not find that information on the local TV information. The lobby is quite nice. The breakfast room would benefit from some green plants to make it more friendly. Definitely would recommend this hotel!

You can choose you need housekeeping everyday or not via iPad in the room. It would be nice if I could change options or choose different choices, say, every other day or every three days and so on. I’m satisfied with overall stays, besides that.

Very happy with our stay at your hotel. Well located, and very helpful staff. Only complaint is that the towels were quite thin. Otherwise, we will report back to our travel agent that your hotel is excellent.

The hotel is in a great central position to get to the main Berlin sights. Some good restaurants right on the doorstep. The train station is a 5 minute walk even with suitcase. Use train from airport no need for taxi. The standard rooms are a little on the small side so if you can upgrade to the larger rooms. Staff very helpful and accommodating. The standard 12 noon check out is a real bonus. Would recommend if you are visiting Berlin.

I was traveling with my dog, and we really enjoyed our stay! It was clean, tasty, and quiet. Excellent location and friendly staff.

Amazing location, convenient to walk to a lot of touristic places and to access public transport. It was a nice surprise to know the hotel have bikes to rent for a very good price, we use them and had no problem with it.

The hotel and room were excellent! Very clean, both the room and bathroom were spotless! The bed was very comfortable, and the hotel's location was perfect. Fresh, hot coffee was available every morning at the buffet. There was also fruit and refreshing water. The hotel staff was very professional, friendly, and helpful. This is now my favorite hotel, and I highly recommend it.

There was no bathroom towel for the second person.

This room was stunning. From the balcony to the shower to the amount of windows. Room felt open and clean. Will definitely be back.

This is my second visit to the Leonardo Berlin Mitte and we were lucky enough to get a room upgrade which had a fantastic balcony view. The staff are friendly and welcoming and rooms are bright and well maintained, although I did have some cleaning issues with our room, but nothing major. The location, cost and overall quality of this hotel is brilliant. Access to some great bars and restaurants overlooking the river Spree. All the major historical sites are 15 to 30 minutes away and Friedrichstrasse Railway station is 5 minutes. When I return to Berlin, this hotel will be my first choice again, love it. Thank you Leonardo Hotels and Thank you Berlin for a fantastic experience.

This four star hotel is well located adjacent to the important Friedrichstrasse train station yet is quiet and peaceful.

The overall experience was very good, having said that, there some points to notice- 1. The mattress in the room was of a very poor quality. Not in sinc with anything in the hotel. Same goes to the pillows. 2. The cleaning of the room from day to day was , somewhat not attentive (and plate with eaten fruit was left for 3 days).

The hotel is in a great location for all of the places that you need to visit. Very close to friedrichstrabe station with a direct line to the airport. Plenty of restaurants and bars close to the hotel. I would recommend this hotel.
